Previous owner claimed magnet was in working condition when they left job site, but we have not functionally tested the equipment ourselves. **Terms and Conditions:**Free Loading: We will help to load your equipment free of charge. We hate nothing more than dealerships wanting $500 to take off duals or drive a combine on a trailer. Free loading, within reason, is our way of saying "Thank You For Your Business".We will remove duals or large singles, and final drives if necessary, and load them on your trailer. We won't help load anything that is unsafe or dangerous. Combines will not be loaded on stepdecks without prior consent. If you have special requests or circumstances, call to confirm that we can help before bidding. Seller is not responsible for any damage or accidents that occur during loading.**Loading docks and forklifts are available onsite to assist with loading.**All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are happy to work with you to help get your equipment moved as soon as possible. Please call for shipping estimates.**Items paid in full may be stored at our equipment lot for three months free of charge, with seller indemnified against liability. Property and cargo insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser.** Payment in full is required via Wire, Check or Credit Card within 3 Business Days, no later than the following Monday upon completion of the auction. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full.**An additional 3% convenience fee will be applied for use of credit cards. Purchases made outside the United States must be paid by bank wire - wiring instructions available upon request. **An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with "Auction Time" after the sale concludes.** Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment.** Items not paid in full within 14 days; or, equipment abandoned for greater than 90 days, will be resold on the same auction service 30 days later. A 10% relisting and handling fee will apply to the amount of the original invoice. Original buyer will be responsible for the difference between the first and second sale, plus the 10% relisting fee.Sellers assume no liability for errors or omissions in this listing.
